Nationally accredited training
Many of the skills and qualifications needed by employees these days are best aligned with nationally accredited competencies. This ensures you’ve got team members trained in the industry endorsed skills needed to complete their job safely. While they may still need additional verification of competency (see our VOC tab), these can be delivered to make sure your team members hold appropriate tickets for earthmoving machinery, working at heights, confined space, first aid and many more. Internal training / competencies
We can develop and deliver non-accredited (task of equipment specific, inductions etc.) training that assists you in meeting your duty to train your team members. There is no limit to what you can do to improve the skills and knowledge of your teams, but don’t forget that this is also true with the benefits of highly competent and skilled personnel.
