Both Occupational Safety and Health and Mines Safety and Inspection legislation packages expect varying types of plant to be registered.
These items can be high risk, therefore become a focus point of DMIRS inspectors, so it’s critical these items are fit for purpose, are designed and verified as meeting the required standards, and the location of workplaces containing these individual items are registered with the relevant regulator.
