For an organisation to get to where it wants to be, it needs to have an understanding of where it is right now. ISO compliance
For tenders or winning contracts, being an ISO certified organisation is a competitive advantage. Even for smaller organisations, having a system that is aligned with the elements of these ISO’s is a minimum requirement for reasonable sized projects for many contractors, government departments like the Australian Defence Force, Water Corporation, Western Power or Main Roads.
